Provillus is a relatively new product produced by MarketHealth. So far, there are no extensive Provillus consumer review that I found that is backed up by medical studies that determines whether does Provillus work.

How Does Provillus Work?
Provillus works by blocking Dehyrotestosterone (DHT) and supplying the hair follicles with the nutrients to stimulate hair growth. Provillus only works for DHT-caused hair loss. Hair loss as a result of chemotherapy and other non-DHT related is not cured by Provillus. To make sure that Provillus will work for you, you have to make sure that the cause of your hair loss is DHT and not other medical conditions.
Provillus contains Zinc which is widely recognized as a hair growth stimulant. The other ingredients are Vitamin B6, Biotin, Saw Palmetto, Nettle, Gotu Kola, Pumpkin, Eleuthero Root, Uva-Ursi and Muria Puama. Nutritional supplements do not need FDA approval for them to be sold legally. Since Provillus will be taken orally, it is still best to check with a doctor if the components of the supplement are safe for regular use. Checking with a doctor is even more important if the user has a pre-existing medical condition or is taking any other supplements or medication.
Some users report hair growth as early as two weeks but Provillus does not make this claim. Results should be expected only after more than four weeks of use. It usually takes three months of continued use before a significant increase in hair count becomes noticeable. Other products promise results at slower rates, usually between four to six months.
There is currently no known side effect of the product except for slight stomach discomfort during the first few days of use. This side effect is usually countered by taking the supplement with food or after having a meal.
